    Soya Soluble Polysaccharide (SSPS)

    Deriving from natural healthy and non-polluting soybean and obtained from soybean residue after isolating soybean protein or soybean curd, the soybean soluble polysaccharide is an acidic polysaccharide with features of white powder, no beany flavor, no sweet, easily soluble in water, acid-alkali resistance, thermostabilization and salt tolerance. This product is used as not only one of emulsion stabilizer, humectant and starch retrogradation inhibitor, but also one of water-soluble dietary fiber and green food additive.
