Standard Lecithins

    HLB value of a standard lecithin is about 4-5. They are easily dispersible in oil. As a emulsifer, it forms a micro-structure called Water in Oil(W/O).

    In food industry, they are Suitable for crispy products, candy, chocolate, chewing gum and so on.


Standard lecithins are all lipophilic. These products are standardized directly from nature oil-gum, and have not undergone any chemically modified.

Including: GMO-types and Non-GMO type; Soya lecithin and sunflower lecithin; liquid and powder.
